Ovation Incentives, a U.K.-based B2B incentive program provider, has appointed Rory Smith head of its U.S. office in Chicago. He has more than 20 years of experience in the U.S. incentive and rewards industry on the agency side as a performance improvement consultant and, more recently, directing U.S. sales for a leading prepaid gift card distributor. Smith currently chairs the Incentive Gift Card Council (IGCC) fundraising program for the Wounded Warrior Project and was recently awarded the industry Rising Star Award by the Incentive Marketing Association.
