Bank of America Merrill Lynch has named Percy Batliwalla global head of sales for large corporates and financial institutions, global transaction services (GTS). He will remain in Singapore and will report to Paul Simpson, head of GTS. Batliwalla will continue to build on the progress of the sales strategy established under the leadership of Jennifer Boussuge, recently named head of GTS for EMEA, to develop a focused and well-coordinated sales organization that leverages BofAML’s global capabilities, the bank said. Batliwalla was head of Asia-Pacific GTS sales, where he was responsible for sales management, as well as developing and implementing an integrated strategy for GTS clients in the region.
