People on the Move: Michael Pirker and Michaela Unger, paysafecard.com Wertkarten AG (October 2013)
Austria-based paysafecard.com Wertkarten AG, provider of digital prepaid online payment solutions, has appointed Michael Pirker to the newly created position head of business development. He will be responsible for strategy and operations in newly opened markets, as well as expansion into new countries. He also is involved in designing products and developing strategic partnerships. Pirker founded online platform Cambeo, and has served as a program manager and a software developer.
Also, paysafecard group has appointed Michaela Unger public relations and communication manager. Her core duties include the continued development of external PR and communication strategies of the company and its products. Unger was marketing and corporate communication manager at KPMG Austria AG, where she was responsible for project and event management.
