People on the Move: Glenn Bogan and Bill Shepp, Allied Payment Network

Allied Payment Network, a Fort Wayne, Ind.-based provider of online bill payment services to the financial industry, has hired two industry veterans to join the company’s executive team, naming Glenn Bogan implementation manager, and Bill Shepp vice president of sales and marketing.
Bogan will be responsible for servicing Allied’s bank and credit union customer base. He previously worked for STAR Financial for more than 15 years, serving as vice president of electronic banking, electronic delivery administrator and head of retail product development.
Shepp also worked for STAR Financial Bank for eight years, most recently serving as senior vice president and bank operations manager. He previously had served as the bank’s vice president and item processing department manager.
