Editor’s Letter: Starting Off the New Year Right
Happy 2014! We hope you enjoyed time off with your family and friends. Now that you’re back in the office and once again glued to your computer screen, you’ll continue receiving the industry news, insights and analysis you’ve come to expect from Paybefore. But it won’t exactly be business as usual for Paybefore this year.
In addition to our enhanced Website at www.paybefore.com, we’ve made some changes in the lineup of our electronic publications with the goal of getting our popular in-depth articles and feature columns to you faster and in the format you told us you prefer.
Starting today, your Pay News emails will include more feature articles and departments, in addition to the day’s news. Today, for example, Pay News includes an in-depth recap of the hottest stories of 2013, as well as a Paybefore Poll to find out what your New Year’s resolution is for your business. In future issues of Pay News, you’ll get regular features, such as the popular “People on the Move,” “Innovators’ Spotlight” and “Executive Profile.” And, we’ve increased the frequency of Pay News—bringing you more than 175 issues in 2014!
We’ll continue to bring you Pay Gov (our in-depth coverage of the legislative, regulatory and judicial issues affecting the industry) every other Wednesday. And two Thursdays each month throughout the year, you’ll receive the new Pay Op-Ed (Paybefore blogs along with longer Viewpoints that feature analysis from thought leaders in prepaid, mobile and emerging payments). Fridays will bring another new electronic publication to your inbox—Pay Week, a recap of top stories, organized by subject matter, to make sure you didn’t miss any key headlines from the past week.
One thing we haven’t changed is our commitment to bringing you the most timely and relevant information to help you make savvy business decisions and stay ahead of the competition. As always, we welcome your feedback on these changes. A quick reminder: If you haven’t visited the new site, you must reset your password before you can explore Paybefore.com.
Here’s to another year of growing your business and ours. We thank you for your support.
Sincerely,
Loraine DeBonis
