Payza Looks to Grow Global Reach with New Enterprise Service (Feb. 11, 2014)
Online payment provider Payza has begun offering its platform directly to money service companies, officially launching its strategic partnership phase, first announced at the end of 2013. Under the new strategy, Payza will offer its Paybefore Award-winning platform in a software-as-a-service model to companies around the world that already are licensed in their operational markets, with Payza serving as a customizable online payment transaction provider.
According to Payza Executive Vice President Ali Nizameddine, the idea behind launching the enterprise solution—dubbed Payza as a Platform—was to give payment companies an out-of-the-box platform while, at the same time, expanding Payza’s global footprint. “Our partners bring the license and the customers, and we bring the platform,” Nizameddine tells Paybefore. Such an approach “opens the doors to a broad member base in a fraction of the time and at a [significantly] reduced cost [than what it] would take a company to develop its own payment platform,” he adds.
Nizameddine says Payza has been redesigning its platform over the past year with the new enterprise focus in mind. Among the features of Payza as a Platform are: instant and secure payment methods; transactional services in 20-plus countries; processing integration for all major credit and debit card networks; and integration with major banking systems like EFT and ACH.
