People on the Move: Mary Donovan, Nicole Willis and Erin Wood, Retail Gift Card Association
The Retail Gift Card Association (RGCA), a trade association of closed-loop gift card retailers, has appointed Mary Donovan executive director, and named Kellen Company as the RGCA’s management firm. The RGCA also named Nicole Willis, Groupon, and Erin Wood, Subway, to its board of directors, filling vacant board positions left by their respective companies.
Donovan joined the Kellen Company in 2011, and has served in a management position on client association business, providing strategic advice and management for association boards, committees, member services and meetings. Previously, she was involved in program management for a civic education nonprofit.
