People on the Move: Ralph A. Bianco, JetPay Card Services
JetPay Card Services, a Berwyn, Pa.-based division of JetPay Corp., has appointed Ralph A. Bianco executive vice president and general manager to lead the company’s prepaid card division that will offer Visa-branded reloadable cards, plus Visa-branded and private-label gift cards. Bianco has nearly 40 years of experience in the payments industry. Most recently, he was chief operating officer of Adaptive Payments Inc., where he led product development and management efforts, as well as the business operations of the company.
