People on the Move: Christopher J. Meinerz, Spindle Inc.
Spindle Inc., a provider of mobile commerce solutions, announced it has appointed Christopher J. Meinerz chief financial officer and chief compliance officer. He has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury management and accounting. Meinerz previously served as chief financial officer and chief compliance officer at Next Generation Insurance Group, a specialty insurance marketing firm, where he was responsible for the company’s financial planning, treasury management and compliancy activities. He also has served as executive vice president of finance and treasury for DDi Corp., provider of circuit board engineering and manufacturing services.
