People on the Move: Nancy Ann Barnhart, JetPay Payment Services
JetPay Payment Services, a division of JetPay Corp., has appointed Nancy Ann Barnhart chief information officer. Barnhart, who has more than 20 years of experience in the payments industry, most recently was senior manager of strategy and business development at American Express, where she managed business development efforts for FX international payments, merchant financing and other fee-based revenue programs. She also has served as senior director at Heartland Payment Systems and founded Integrated Card Systems, an independent sales organization.
