People on the Move: Drew Freeman, Net Element Inc. Board of Directors
Net Element Inc., a mobile payments and transactional services provider, has appointed Drew Freeman to the company’s board of directors, where he will serve on the board’s audit committee. Freeman has more than 30 years of electronic payments and merchant services industry experience, including extensive work with agent banks, referral banks, direct sales, software integration, internet sales, dining programs, American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, JCB and ISO/MSP programs. He is president of Freeman Consulting Inc., a payments consulting firm that works with private equity groups and ISOs.
