People on the Move: Emily Utton and Alex Reddish, Raphaels Bank Card Services
Raphaels Bank Card Services has appointed Emily Utton senior relationship manager and Alex Reddish relationship manager. Utton, who has extensive experience as a relationship manager in the payments industry, most recently served as account manager of the energy sector at Paypoint. Reddish most recently served as relationship manager at Ukash.
Raphaels Bank has also moved existing personnel into new positions within the Card Services team. The role of business development manager held by Emily Baum now includes marketing. Janet Johnston has expanded her role as head of operations to include relationship management. Susan Jordan has moved from head of program delivery to head of compliance and legal.
