People on the Move: Jordi Guaus, Mobey Forum Board of Directors
Mobey Forum, the international bank-led trade association devoted to advancing mobile payments, announced that Jordi Guaus, head of mobile payments at CaixaBank, has been elected to serve as chairman of the board. He has served on the Mobey Forum board since 2009 and also serves as chairman of the association’s Business Workgroup.
Three new members also were elected to the Mobey Forum Board: Oriol Pons, innovation strategist, BeeOne GmbH; Andreas Schauer, senior manager secure devices division, Giesecke & Devrient; and Kevin Faragher, director, mobile banking strategy and planning, CIBC eChannels. Faragher also will lead the association’s North American activities in his newly appointed role as chairman of Mobey Forum’s North American Roundtable.
