People on the Move: Jeff Oleson, TMG Financial Services
TMG Financial Services (TMGFS), a Des Moines, Iowa-based payments solutions provider, has hired Jeff Oleson as marketing analyst, a new position designed to aid the company’s marketing strategy and data-driven marketing capabilities. He will be responsible for developing business intelligence and data visualization tools as well as assisting TMGFS clients with test-and-learn strategies designed to advance their program goals. Most recently, Oleson was an associate at Mercer Consumer, an insurance broker and risk adviser, where he managed all aspects of the broker’s primary and secondary research, direct-response segmentation strategies and database systems utilized in marketing.
