People on the Move: Mary Carol Harris, Apple Europe
Apple Europe has hired Mary Carol Harris to lead the company’s mobile payments efforts in the region. Harris, who has nearly 15 years of experience in digital and mobile payments, previously was director of mobile at Visa Europe and has held several senior positions with the company, including vice president and head of strategic alliances and projects and vice president of mobile development. Before joining Visa Europe in 2008, she was head of NFC at Telefonica.
