Ubiquity Global Services Expanding to Portugal (Nov. 4, 2014)
True to its name, Ubiquity Global Services, a New York-based financial services and payments service company, is becoming more ubiquitous globally. The company announced yesterday it’s expanding its delivery network to Lisbon, Portugal, with the January 2015 opening of a new contact center there. The new site has capacity for more than 200 new employees in the European, Middle Eastern and African (EMEA) markets. The company is expected to service clients in all major European languages from the site. Ubiquity’s growth in Europe coincides with ongoing expansion in the U.S., El Salvador and the Philippines.
