Clock Starts Tomorrow for CFPB’s Prepaid Card Comment Period (Dec. 22, 2014)
The CFPB’s NPRM on prepaid accounts is scheduled to be published in the Federal Register tomorrow. An unofficial, pre-published version of the notice is available and can be viewed here. Comments must be received 90 days from tomorrow—Monday, March 23, 2015—barring an extension, which some in the prepaid industry are requesting as they review the 882-page document.
