People on the Move: Mark Colyer, Metropolitan Commercial Bank
New York City-based Metropolitan Commercial Bank has appointed Mark Colyer vice president of the prepaid card group. He is responsible for sales, new business development and relationship management of the bank’s third-party prepaid programs. MCB is a full-service prepaid issuing bank of all types of card products and has payments network relationships with Visa and MasterCard, with plans for expanding to other card brands. Colyer previously served as director of product development— financial products, bank and prepaid—at Jackson Hewitt and as founder of FCM and Associated LLC.
