People on the Move: Mark Moore, Silicon Valley Bank
Mark Moore is now assistant general counsel for Silicon Valley Bank. Moore specializes in network branded prepaid cards, money services businesses, money transmission licensing and mobile payment services, among other areas. He joined the bank’s Irvine, Calif., office in September of 2014, after 24 years with law firm Aldrich Bonnefin & Moore PLC, where he served most recently as president and CEO.
