People on the Move: Chuck Fagan, PSCU
PSCU, a credit union service organization (CUSO) based in St. Petersburg, Fla., has appointed Chuck Fagan president and CEO. He is returning to PSCU, where he served for more than 15 years in various capacities, such as leading PSCU’s national sales and client relationship teams and helping the company bring emerging payments technologies to its member-owner credit unions. Fagan recently served as president of the Credit Union Executive Society, where he helped credit unions focus on talent development. Acting CEO Tom Gandre will return to his role as executive vice president and chief operating officer April 27, when Fagan assumes his new position.
