People on the Move: Mohammad Khan, YellowPepper Board
YellowPepper, a Latin American mobile payment and banking company, announced that Mohammad Khan, former president and founder of ViVOtech, has been named chairman of YellowPepper’s board of directors. During his 12 years at ViVOtech, Khan led the charge in the deployment of NFC readers and field tests for a number of mobile payment trials globally. Prior to founding ViVOtech in 2001, he held various leadership positions at Verifone, where he helped the company develop its POS systems and later helped successfully market these products in 96 countries. Khan was also a co-founder of Verifone’s Internet commerce business.
