People on the Move: Thomas Tesmer, JetPay Payment Services
JetPay Payment Services, a division of JetPay Corp., has appointed Thomas Tesmer chief operating officer. He will manage technology, transaction processing and operations for the division. Over Tesmer’s 40-year career, he has served as technical architect and director at the HONOR debit interchange switch in the 1980s, founder and president at TransNet (now Chase Paymentech) in the 1990s, and executive vice president and architect of the Heartland Payment Systems payments processing platform in the 2000s.
