Hyperwallet Program Offers Rewards for Independent Workers (Nov. 17, 2015)
Worker payout solutions provider Hyperwallet has launched a new loyalty program that enables its clients, particularly in the direct selling industry, to provide rewards for independent workers who opt to receive their earnings on a prepaid card. Organizations can use the program to help drive sales and distribute commission payments more efficiently via prepaid card, compared with costlier methods like paper checks.
“Our use cases have shown that card programs have a tangible impact on the revenues of our direct selling clients,” said Brent Warrington, CEO, Hyperwallet. “Not only do cards encourage more sales actions, they also alleviate much of the administrative and financial burden that comes with alternative methods of commission distribution.” One of Hyperwallet’s largest direct selling clients already has begun implementing the solution, rewarding its global representatives when they opt to receive their commission payments on a prepaid card, the company said. Over the next year, those representatives will be eligible to earn a range of rewards including gift cards, iPads and trips to corporate events.
The new program is part of Hyperwallet’s larger initiative to integrate loyalty and rewards into its offerings for the $183 billion direct-selling industry, according to the Paybefore Award-winning company.
