People on the Move: Andrew R. Toftey, Lindquist & Vennum LLP
Lindquist & Vennum LLP has hired Andrew R. Toftey to join the firm’s financial institutions practice. He has a range of external counsel and in-house experience he’ll use to advise financial institutions, financial technology companies, merchant processors and other payment providers on legal and regulatory matters, including commercial and consumer credit and prepaid transactions. Toftey previously served for eight years as senior counsel for U.S. Bank corporate payment systems, supporting corporate cards, payment platforms, fuel and HSA card programs. He also worked at GE Capital, advising strategic sourcing/vendor management, product development and commercial teams.
