People on the Move: Michael Pires, JetPay Corp.
JetPay Corp. has appointed Michael Pires CEO of its JetPay Payroll Services subsidiary. He has more than 18 years of experience building organizations and leading diverse, cross-functional teams of varied sizes. Pires founded HRinterax in 2001, a human resources outsourcing and recruitment management firm before selling the company to ADP in 2009. He held senior roles during his six years with ADP, most recently as the division vice president of business development. Pires takes over as CEO from Nick Antich, who is retiring. Antich founded A D Computer, now JetPay Payroll Services, 44 years ago.
