People on the Move: Emmett Higdon, Javelin Strategy & Research
Javelin Strategy & Research has announced that Emmett Higdon has joined the firm and will assume the role of director of mobile. In his new position, Higdon will work with Javelin’s clients to optimize customer engagement through the mobile channel. For the past two decades, Higdon has specialized in online and mobile financial services, combining strategic perspective with client-side experience to help clients craft mobile-marketing and product development strategies. Before joining Javelin, Emmett was a senior director of mobile strategy for TIAA-CREF and a senior channel strategy analyst with Forrester Research. He also spent eight years managing payments and money movement for Citibank.
