Kyrgyzstan’s national bank invites bids for system implementation
The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan is inviting bids for the implementation of a new informational-analytical system (IAS).
The submission deadline is 17 June 2016 and the bank says it has received a credit/grant from the International Development Association toward the cost of the financial sector development project. The project is conducted under the auspices of the World Bank.
The state-owned bank says the bidders must have implementation experience, as well as experience in extracting, transforming and loading data; data warehousing; business intelligence; and anti-money laundering (AML).
There are other stipulations.
These include equity of the participants must be equivalent to $5 million accordance with the audited financial statements for the last financial year; and the average annual turnover of the bidder should be equivalent to $10 million during the last three financial years.

The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan was established in 1991 on the country’s independence.
