People on the Move: Donna Embry, Payment Alliance International, ETA Award
Donna Embry, chief payments adviser at Payment Alliance International (PAI), has been honored as the winner of the 2016 Distinguished Payments Professional Award from the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA). Presented during the ETA’s TRANSACT 16 conference in Las Vegas this month, the annual award recognizes a payments industry leader who contributes to positive change and best practices in the industry.
With more than 50 years of experience in the payments industry, Embry currently serves in a number of industry leadership roles, including chair of the ETA Body of Knowledge Working Group and board member of the Northeast Acquirers Association, and is a member of the Fed’s Faster Payments Task Force and numerous other associations.
Louisville, Ky.-based PAI is the U.S.’s largest privately held ATM distributor and offers solutions, including payment card acceptance services, to small businesses.
