People on the Move: Todd Clark, CO-OP Financial Services
CO-OP Financial Services, which provides financial technology to 3,500 credit unions, has announced that Todd Clark will assume the role of president and CEO, effective June 27, succeeding the retiring Stan Hollen. Clark has 25 years of experience in the payments systems business, serving most recently as senior vice president and head of STAR Network and debit processing for First Data Corp., where he led a staff of more than 600. Prior to First Data, Clark was an executive with Cardtronics Inc. and also served in a prior capacity at First Data from 1991 to 2012.
