People on the Move: Warren Humphries, M&S for Business
Warren Humphries has joined M&S for Business, the corporate services arm of U.K.-based department store chain Marks & Spencer, in the role of client relationship manager. In the position, Humphries, whose specialties include B2B and digital gifting, will be responsible for handling accounts with key clients and working with the wider team to deliver customer experience improvements. Humphries previously managed the gift card programs at Cineworld Cinemas and Ticketmaster and for the last year has been business development manager at Filmology, the cinema rewards arm of marketing firm P&MM.
