People on the Move: Julienne Loh, Felix Marx, Mastercard
Mastercard has restructured its global products and solutions team in Asia Pacific, promoting Julienne Loh to the role of executive vice president, global products and marketing, and Felix Marx to executive vice president of services for the region.
Since joining Mastercard in 2005, Loh has helped lead the network’s core products business in Asia Pacific, driving revenue and growth of its prepaid, credit and debit portfolios in the region. Under her leadership, Singapore was the first market in Southeast Asia to launch Masterpass. In her new role, Loh will oversee Mastercard’s regional core products, digital payments and labs, and marketing and communications in the region.
Felix Marx previously served as the Asia Pacific regional loyalty solutions lead for Mastercard. He joined the company in 2014 following its acquisition of C-Sam, where he served as president and CEO. In his new role, Marx will oversee Mastercard’s loyalty solutions, advisory, enterprise security services and processing in Asia Pacific.
Loh and Marx will report to Gary Flood, president of global products and solutions, as well as the region’s co-presidents, Ari Sarker and Ling Hai.
