People on the Move: Bob Wigley and Steve Perry, Bink
Bink, a soon-to-launch loyalty app that links consumer card payments to loyalty programs, has appointed Bob Wigley as chairman of its board and Steve Perry as a non-executive board director. Wigley is the former chair of Merrill Lynch EMEA and Perry is former head of Visa Europe. Bink is set to roll out to consumers beginning this fall. The platform has signed a number of major retailers, including Virgin Atlantic, HMV, Arcadia Group, River Island and Morrisons, with more to be announced soon, according to the company.
