People on the Move: Nasir Zubairi, Luxembourg House of Financial Technology
Nasir Zubairi has been named CEO of the Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT), a new public-private initiative aimed at advancing Luxembourg’s fintech and financial services industry. As CEO, Zubairi will lead the development and implementation of the LHoFT’s strategy by working with stakeholders from Luxembourg’s financial community, including financial institutions, fintech providers, IT firms, along with regulatory and public authorities. A 20-year veteran of financial services, Zubairi has held positions with traditional banks including RBS and HSBC, as well as fintech firms such as the Currency Cloud and Finleap.
