People on the Move: Shawna Pritchard, Jennifer McGinley, TMG Financial Services
Payment solutions provider TMG Financial Services has hired Shawna Pritchard as a collections manager. In the role, Pritchard will provide operational support, management, leadership and coaching to in-house collections analysts and third-party recovery agents. She also will be responsible for ensuring TMG’s collection policies and procedures are in compliance with state and federal regulations. She has more than 25 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry.
TMG also has promoted Jennifer McGinley to the role of manager of client service, where she will manage the operational relationship between TMG and its partners and work with the operations team to implement strategic goals, as well as provide operational support, management, leadership and coaching to the firm’s client services team. Prior to joining TMGFS in 2015, McGinley worked for a variety of financial services organizations for more than a decade.
