Company on the Move: PayCommerce, New Dubai and Ontario Offices
Cross-border payments network and banking consortium PayCommerce has opened new offices in Dubai and Ontario, Canada. The Ontario office will serve as the network’s new global research and development center, focusing on blockchain, faster payments and artificial intelligence-based initiatives, among other projects. The Dubai office will be PayCommerce’s business hub for its footprint in the Middle East and Africa region.
Headquartered in Edison, N.J., with offices on four continents, PayCommerce’s network consists of more than 95 banks in 75 countries. Over the past 12 months, the group’s platform has processed approximately 200 million transactions totaling more than $400 billion.
