People on the Move: Crystal Caligiuri, ShopKeep
Cloud-based m-POS solutions provider ShopKeep has appointed Crystal Caligiuri as the company’s new senior vice president of operations and customer care. Caligiuri will report to ShopKeep CEO Michael DeSimone and will lead operations and customer care functions for the company. Caligiuri has more than 10 years of experience in operations and customer support leadership across the technology, e-commerce and retail industries. She most recently served as executive vice president at Shoptiques, an online marketplace for global boutiques. Prior to that, she held a series of leadership roles at Gilt Groupe, a flash-sale and e-commerce platform.
