People on the Move: John Incandela, Pango
John Incandela has been named president and CEO for the U.S. operations of Pango, a provider of mobile payment services for parking, transit, ride-hailing and other urban services. Incandela has more than 30 years of experience in the parking, manufacturing, technology and government sectors and has overseen municipalities; and private operators’ parking projects throughout North America. He has led targeted initiatives in the areas of finance, administration and business development. Headquartered in Coral Gables, Fla., Pango is available in more than 60 cities worldwide, serving more than 1 million active accounts. In October 2016, the company was acquired by Parking By Phone.
