Brightstarr shines for Eurobank digital workplace dream
Eurobank, Greece’s third largest bank, has selected Brightstarr’s Unily hub as its digital workplace solution for that famous fintech trinity of innovation, communication and collaboration.
Sotiris Sirmakezis, group chief digital and technology officer, says: “Unily’s combination of experience design and Microsoft expertise will help ensure Eurobank provides a great user experience that will ultimately improve the level of care we provide to our workforce and our customers.”
Unily will provide the bank with a site which combines Microsoft’s Office 365 stack; SharePoint, Yammer, OneDrive, Skype and Delve to deliver a “unified enterprise portal”.
Eurobank has a total network of 900 branches in Greece and abroad. It is currently underway with a roll-out planned for 2017 to the bank’s 9,800 Greek staff as part of a ten-year agreement.
The Eurobank group as a whole is active in eight countries, with total assets of €68.2 billion and 15,935 employees.
