People on the Move: Philip McHugh, TSYS
TSYS has named Philip McHugh as senior executive vice president, as well as president of TSYS Merchant Solutions, effective May 1. He will report directly to Pam Joseph, president and COO, TSYS. McHugh comes to TSYS with more than 20 years of experience in international banking and payments. Most recently, he served serving as CEO of Barclaycard Business Solutions, where he spent more than 10 years, having also held the position of CFO for Barclaycard. Prior to Barclays, McHugh spent 10 years with Citigroup in Latin America, including management roles with the bank’s credit card division in Brazil.
