People on the Move: Heather McCalman, FS-ISAC
The Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) has hired Heather McCalman as credit union council manager. In the role, McCalman will work with credit union regulators and associations to serve the needs of the trade association’s credit union members. She will report to Jeffrey Korte, director of community institutions and associations, FS-ISAC. The FS-ISAC’s community institution and associations membership has increased from 231 members to more than 3,800 community institutions within the past three years.
McCalman joins the FS-ISAC after 10 years at State Credit Union in Columbia, S.C., where she served as information security manager. She has more than 25 years of information technology and security experience and has served on the FS-ISAC credit union council advisory group.
