People on the Move: Rama Sridhar, Mastercard
Mastercard has appointment Rama Sridhar to the newly created position of executive vice president, digital and emerging partnerships, Asia-Pacific. In the role, she will be responsible for creating and enhancing Mastercard’s strategic engagements with digital and emerging payments players to develop innovative payment services in the region.
Sridhar brings to the role more than 28 years of international experience in key roles within the payments, consumer banking and information technology sectors. She has been with Mastercard for the past 10 years, most recently as senior vice president of security, network and processing solutions in Asia-Pacific, where she helped develop growth strategies and product launches in the security, identity verification, and issuer and acquirer processing verticals.
