North State Bank goes live on nCino Bank Operating System
North Carolina-based North State Bank has gone live with nCino’s Bank Operating System to centralise and automate its commercial loan process.
nCino’s cloud-based solution is built on Salesforce.com. The vendor says it combines customer relationship management, loan origination, workflow, enterprise content management, business process management and instant reporting on a single platform. Last month, Valley National Bank, a $23 billion financial institution in New Jersey, announced it was implementing nCino’s system for commercial lending.
Jonathan Krieps, EVP and chief operations officer, North State Bank, says with nCino it is “closing loans more quickly and efficiently than before, and collaborating across our banking offices in a way that was not possible”.
The bank will also soon be live with nCino’s Customer Portal, a customer engagement solution that “streamlines” document collection and account maintenance.
North State Bank was established in 2000 and is headquartered in Raleigh. It serves customers in Wake and New Hanover counties, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of North State Bancorp.
