Jabre Capital turns to Broadridge for risk management
Asset management firm Jabre Capital Partners has chosen Broadridge’s integrated trading, portfolio management, and risk management platform to help manage its front, middle and back-office operations.
Broadridge says its solution will enable Jabre to streamline and automate workflow, and help meet its pre- and post-trade compliance requirements while providing connectivity to brokers and EMS platforms. In addition, Jabre will have access to market and credit risk analysis through value at risk (VAR) and stress testing scenarios.
James Cleary, COO at Jabre Capital, says Broadridge’s services offer a “comprehensive set of functions and reporting that we needed through a single platform”.
Established in 2006, Jabre is headquartered in Geneva with an investment office in Dubai.
According to Broadridge, its infrastructure underpins proxy voting services for over 90% of public companies and mutual funds in North America, and processes more than $5 trillion in fixed income and equity trades per day. It employs 10,000 full-time staff in 16 countries.
