People on the Move: Phil Gura, Sionic Mobile
Phil Gura has been named chief legal officer and executive director of fuel retail for mobile loyalty and payments platform provider Sionic Mobile. In the role, Gura will be responsible for managing relationships with the company’s outside law firms, addressing all legal and compliance matters and developing business relationships in the fuel retail channel. Gura joins Sionic Mobile from Merchant Customer Exchange (MCX) where he was chief legal officer and head of government relations for the retailer-led mobile payments consortium.
