Isbank’s call centres to be powered by Clinc’s AI
Clinc, the US-based artificial intelligence (AI) firm, has expanded its partnership with Isbank and its tech will power the bank’s new call centres initiatives.
This announcement was made at Money20/20 Europe by Helen Yu, chief growth officer of Clinc, who joined the stage with Isbank’s Ceren Sayar and Eren Hukumdar to discuss their collective vision for the future of AI and customer experiences.
Isbank has been using Clinc’s self-service AI platform, Spotlight, to provide conversational AI experiences in native Turkish from scratch for their customers.
At the conference, Yu also shared the partnership roadmap and the firm’s plans to roll out to Isbank’s 5.5 million mobile users.
Clinc also announced it has officially opened its first international office located in the heart of London’s financial district.
