US Bank partners with Optum360 to help hospitals’ money management
US Bank is combining Optum360’s healthcare-focused tech with the bank’s financial knowledge to expand Optum260’s suite of capabilities.
“This suite is designed to help hospitals and providers better manage their revenue cycle and receivables needs,” says Sam Robb, senior vice-president and head of receivables in the global treasury management group of US Bank.
Optum360 has relationships with a variety of healthcare systems, and US Bank is one of the first partner banks.
“Our intention is to bring the full breadth of these industry leading revenue cycle management and receivables solutions to our clients,” he adds.
The new solution, Healthcare Receivables Manager, is launching later this summer 2018.
The solutions will help manage receivables digitally, providing denial management workflow functions and assistance to providers in identifying root causes and accelerating revenue recoupment.
