Seasons FCU warms to Bankjoy’s digital banking
Connecticut-based Seasons Federal Credit Union has chosen Bankjoy’s online and mobile banking solutions for its sweet and summery customer base.
Seasons FCU, which looks after $157 million and has 19,000 members, will launch its new solutions to customers in September 2019.
“For us, Bankjoy checks all of the boxes,” Seasons CIO William Weingartner says. “They are on the forefront of technology, they are a fresh and hungry tech firm, they have a great team of dedicated employees, they are open to hearing our ideas and having a discussion surrounded the potential of implementing them into their system.”
Bankjoy will offer its own “Joy” product, which allows members to bank through devices such as Amazon Echo and Google Home.
In addition, Bankjoy will provide an end-to-end digital solution. This includes mobile banking, internet banking, bill pay, P2P, account to account banking (A2A), remote deposit capture (RDC), eStatements and eNotices, loan application, online account opening, and voice.
Because Seasons is converting to Corelation’s KeyStone core system next year, Bankjoy states that it worked extremely closely with Corelation developers to create a real-time, API-based solution.
The provider is working with the core’s CUSO SwitchThink as well. Bankjoy adds that its largest concentration of live credit unions runs on KeyStone.
By the way, earlier this month, US-based Marshland FCU went all soft and turned on its banking system powered by Bankjoy.
Other recent Bankjoy deals include Credit Union of Ohio, SafeAmerica CU, and Coca-Cola Credit Union.
