More downtime for UK’s TSB, HSBC and Barclays
It seems to be a bad day for Barclays, TSB and HSBC, as they have reported downtime in their mobile and/or internet banking.
TSB has reported this morning (28 September) issues with its mobile app and internet banking. There is no timeline on when these will be fixed.
We’re aware of an issue affecting some of our customers when they are using our mobile app and Internet Banking this morning. We are working hard to fix this issue and will update again as soon as we can.

Some users do have something to say to the bank.
Hey stop tweeting and go fix your app.

As mentioned above, HSBC was also reporting issues in the UK, which seemed to be affecting mobile banking. It said the issue was resolved at 12.05pm (UK time).
Our HSBC UK Mobile Banking is now available. Thank you for your patience and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Barclays customers reported difficulties accessing their accounts. The bank tweeted at 11.43am (UK time): “We did have a few problems but we’re back up and running now.” It said the issues lasted for about 30 minutes.
If you visit our site every now and then, you should know these problems are not a novelty among UK banks.
