Gresham extends ANZ deal for five years
Gresham Technologies, a provider of real-time data integrity and control solutions, has signed a new five-year deal with ANZ.
ANZ hopes, that, by extending the existing relationship with Gresham, it can improve the digital banking experience for its corporate and institutional customers, particularly with their payments and cash management. It will also accelerate the delivery of the solutions available of the ANZ Transactive Global Platform, the banking group adds.
Mark Evans, MD of transaction banking at ANZ, says the agreement covers a range of business lines, including small businesses, multinational corporations, and government institutions.
Ian Manocha, Gresham CEO, says its firm aims to provide better control and transparency, instant processing, and more flexible cash management.
ANZ and Gresham began working together in 2011. Since then Gresham has products built on its Clareti technology platform, like Cashactive Fusion, which ANZ is using.
The partnership will include joint teams by ANZ and Gresham in Bristol, Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore.
Earlier this year, Gresham acquired payments company B2 Group in Luxembourg.
