AIB picks Boxever to personalise customer experience
Allied Irish Banks (AIB) has signed a three-year contract with personalisation platform Boxever to meet evolving customer expectations, reports Jane Connolly.
As part of its ongoing digital transformation project, which has received significantly increased investment in the last three years, AIB aims to deliver one-to-one personalisation.
“Our customers’ expectations are shifting rapidly,” says Seamus Murphy, chief digital offer at AIB. “We have to be agile and keep ahead of this change to continue to offer a market-leading experience.”
He adds: “Boxever’s personalisation platform will help us to do just that – allowing us to reach our customers with the right message, at the right time and through the right channel.”
The deal marks a further expansion into the financial services sector for Dublin-based Boxever, which uses data and AI to build accurate profiles of customers and automate decisions about how to personalise interactions.
Previously the company has worked with clients such as Emirates and Viva Air Group.
